Suggest Treatment For Adult ADHD

am 21 year old college student. I was diagnosed with ADHD in middle school and took Adderall for a while but did not like the way it made me feel and have not taken it since. I was able to get by in high school, but it was a struggle. College is more difficult and I need help to focus and stay on track. I tried a friend’s Vyvanse 40mg or 50 mg ( delete one or the other ) and it really helps. I am 5’11’ tall and weigh 180 pounds. I am extremely physically fit and have no other health issues nor do I take any other meds. Preston Myers
