Suggest Treatment For After Effects Of Drinking Allout Mosquito Repellent

Hello doctor my friend her age is 21, she drunk allout(Mosqito killer ) on 15/02/2015 after that we admitted her to the hospital, she is struggling with pain in the left side of his lungs and fever at a regular interval.. xray and hrct scan results are lokking like pneumonia..but doctor are saying its because of allout..can you tell me is allout will affect lungs?
