Suggest Treatment For Aggression And Loss Of Appetite

I have a student who is 6 1/2 years old. In recent months his speech has reverted to mumbling and barely audible responses. He appears constantly exhausted. His appetite is waning and his ability to focus has dwindled. He zones out and is unable to focus on lessons or stories. He comes to class very angry at his father, but does not show any aggression after his father leaves. He was exposed prenatally and was born addicted to meth.
