Suggest Treatment For Allergen In Colon Of A Child

I have a 10 year old in extreme stomach pain. She has had an endoscopy,colonoscopy, and ph probe. All have turned up normal other than a an allergen in the biopsies of her stomach and colon. Is there anything else to give her other than bentyl, carafate and Tylenol?
