Suggest Treatment For Allergic Facial Rashes

when i came to bangalore ,8 months back ,from that time I had some rashes on my face.but now it is spreading on my face.this is like pimple,but it not actually pimple.it is a small spots like thing.I think it is some kind of allergy, due to weather.please suggest me some medication.
