Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction To Moldy Hay

I have been experiencing sinus drainage from an allergic reaction to some moldy hay. The drainage makes me cough really hard. Every now and then I start coughing so hard that I get a sharp pain that starts between my shoulder blades rotates around the front of my chest to my sternum. My arms and fingers tingle and feel like I hit my elbow but then get heavy and numb. My doctor gave me meds for the allergies but this stuff hurts. Any suggestions on what the cause and I can do
