Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction To Soluble Disprin

Hi I have had an allergic reaction after taking soluble dispirin or aspirin and lemsip max. I gargled soluble dispirin/aspirin for a sore throat in the evening, I gargled again the following morning, shortly after the side of my face started to swell, I went to the doctor and was given cortisone tablets to take. A year later I took Lemsip max for a cold, nothing happened the first time but with the second dose my face started to swell as before, I didn t have access to a doctor but took antihistimine tablets and eventually the swelling subsided. What can i do about this as I am very nervous about taking medication now as I don t know what ingredient I m allergic to.
