Suggest Treatment For Allergic Skin Reactions

Hi,I have a problem in my face, My face is very allergic to sun.1) Parts of my nose and chin (below my lower lip) will be always RED and white patches appears in these areas during heavy sweating.2) There was a dark spot in my forehead which always appears during summer and disappears in winter seasonI had consulted many doctors but no use. Please suggest a best treatment or doctor in Mumbai to check.
