Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Areata

hii i have Alopecia areata many spots on my head ...i had severl injections of cortizon hair will grow but other places will fall.....i went to another doctor i made a X ray for my teeth he said my wisdom teeth are located wrong pressing on my gumm and pressing on the nerve he says its the problem what do u think please help i had it for 1 years:(..thanks
