Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Areta?

I am suffering from alopecia areata. I had a patch on my beard which was treated and is gone now . after that I had one round patch on my head , i reffered to the same doctor , and taken treatement (given me injection 4 times ) and onitment . Its been 6 months and half of the patch is recovered. But now i have 3 new patches growing . I want to completely get rid of this . In my case this is not heredity. please advise
