Suggest Treatment For Alopecia With Severe Hair Loss

I am a 28 year old woman having problems of hair loss on my head . I was told that I am suffering from Alopecia. I have also undergone treastment for hair for the Last 12 months. I did grow hair for sometime, but of late I have expirienced lot of hair loss.
Can you suggest a cure and the Hospitals which I can visit in NOIDA or New Delhi?
