Suggest Treatment For Amenorrhea

hi i am 32yrs old lady and i have never menstrated before and been to several hospital yet no cure, help me because i am dying in silent ; people even mock me that i can never get married or get pregnant and my vagina is not open to the other end.could that be the cause, what can i do?
