Suggest Treatment For Amoebaisis

I've been treated for amoebaisis which appears on my skin as sherical itchy rash 5yrs ago with metronidazole 4oomg &Ampiclox 5oomg tds.it do re -appear after along time of which same drug takes care of.it re-appeared again this month& the drug seems not to be effective.pls what should i do?
