Suggest Treatment For Amoebiasis

Hi ,doctor! My child is suffering from amoebiasis since last2 weeks. the doctor has prescribed metronidazole with Drotin DS. He has been also given Bacillus clausii suspension for 5 days. But,still there isno relief and he is having bowel movement 4-5 times a day with watery/semi-watery stool. Please suggest,as he is getting weak day after day.
