Suggest Treatment For An Abnormal Shaped Kidney

My husband needs to see a urologist for his kidneys. Its a routine check up but the last one was done some 2 years back. So its overdue now. His left kidney size and shape is not normal but the functioning has been proper. He has been advised to regularly monitor the functioning.
