Suggest Treatment For An Abrasion On The Chest

My son fell and hit our dishwasher, as it was open and about to be loaded. He has a very red scratch across his chest, and the main point of hit is in the middle. It is reddish/blue now and a bit of a lump there. He says it hurts, but is acting pretty normal. Should I rush him to the ER?

My son is 5, he's 45 inches tall, 90 lbs, and has a rare genetic disorder called Albright's Hereditary Osteodystrophy. He is on Calcium .02mg, and he is taking the growth hormone Humatrope .5mg dose. He is on Synthroid for hypothyroidism, and flovent and xopenex for asthma. He also has osteoma cutis that goes along with the AHO.
