Suggest Treatment For An Abscess On The Buttock

hello. i have somthing on my rear and i can't take it anymore their are 2 of them and they puss out blood and goo. what should i do??? i think it could be a brown recluse spider bite or a mrsa i got them about a month ago. and they got bigger and bigger . i have been putting peroxide and possibly almost every kind of medicine for healing possibly. should i go to the hospital or take care of it from home and what should i put on it please i can barely walk,sit, or drive please help me please.
