Suggest Treatment For An Abscess On The Outer Labia

I had an abscess on my outer labia(?) and I have been putting warm compresses on it since I don't have insurance to go to the GYN. However I was just out at dinner and when i went to the bathroom it was draining. I came home immediately and continued to drain as much as I could and covered it. What else can i do?
