Suggest Treatment For An Indented Spot On The Leg With Itching

The left side if my left leg has been numb from lower back injury due to a auto accident years ago. I have an indented spot that I have never noticed before and it was itching so I looked at it and it scared me cause it is a little red and I have never noticed the indent before
