Suggest Treatment For An Infected Wound On The Ankle

About a week ago, a got a small cut behind my ankle. I couldn't treat it immediately,and was wearing wet socks and shoes for a whole day (tropical forest). It seemed to heel later on, but two days back, I accidentaly hit it somewhere, and now there is a small swelling that seems to be filled with puss. What should I do?
