Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Penis

Hi there, my 3yr old son has been complaining of a sore penis for the past 2 weeks, my husband and i checked it a week ago and it looked ok, today he has complained that is has been really painful so i checked it, this time i found white spots all around the head of the penis when i pulled the foreskin back. This was very painful for him. Dose this sound like thrush and what do i need to do to help get rid of it
