Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Penis

Hello, im 22 and i've moved from the ME into EU recently.. it's cold here and that's the main reason why im wearing clothes under clothes.. anyhow, i scrubbin above my penis and after i realized that there's some kinda insects just like spiders.. they attach to the skin.. do u have any solution??
