Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Tonsil And Sinus Cavity

I seem to have an infection in my right ear, tonsil and sinus cavity, while the left side is fine. I have a big, pinkish-white blister thing on the right tonsil, my throat is sore (on the right side), I have congestion coming out of mostly my right nostril, and my right ear feels like it's filled with fluid. On the left side, everything is fine. I do not have a fever and feel fine otherwise (although I am a bit fatigued). Any thoughts?
