Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Penis

For the past 3 or 4 years I have had a small line/spot on the shaft of my penis just below my helm, it is extremely white and rough, it seems to not have any nerves. Ive been quite worried since it has shown up, but too scared to actually see a doctor in person. I masterbate regularly and I have never had a sexual partner. I don't think it is an std as such, but I am still scared.
