Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Penis

I have tryed my own idea, I put a sock throught a speaker magnet hole, and tape or cl;amp it around the outer area and pull my penis through it and pull on the top part of the sock. I was trying it to enlarge it but now I have dark area's on the outer edge of the glands penis. can you tell me why, and is this a reason to worry?
