Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Penis

I am on a cruise and having sex with my wife I felt a pain in my groin area, it was not a real sharp pain but almost immediatley I felt something start to bulge, my first thought was a hernia. After looking i could see blood under the skin. Tis blood is to the right of the penis, above the scrotum, and it is about the size of a golf ball with several smaller spots at the base of the penis.
I am 55 and in good health, there is a Dr on board if need be, I am most concerned about flying 8 hours on Sat.
