Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Penis

Dear Doctor,

I have itching my penis, some time it shows red color white deposits.

I meet one doctor He gives the tablet azi-ones & fluconazole. For me ok now

But when I take tablet it's gone, again after 15 days it's come again. Why?

What can I do now? Am feel very bad please help me doctor and suggest me the medicine please.
