Suggest Treatment For An Injury To The Penis

I have concern about an activity I did last night . I came across ureathal and inserted the metal rod into my penis I beloved it was to large as I either tore my urethra or the opening of my urethra , I noticed a little blood in my seman and tried to clean out my urethra by injected water into my urethra I am not bleeding anymore my I have tried to urinate and there's is a lot of bubbles and it sounds like I'm passing gas out of my penis , this also happened after I ejaculated , when I ejaculated some semen came out then it sounded like I passed gas out of my penis then the ejaculation came out very fast and hard and it was a little painful from the amount of pressure that occurred from ejaculating , have I done any serious damage or will this go away on it's own or should I go to a doctor , it's little embarrassing telling a doctor to there face about so I hope I didn't do any damage. Please advise as what I should do .
