Suggest Treatment For An Inverted Nipple With Yellow Discharge

I am 56 years old I went to my Doctor recently for a breast examination and she remarked that one of my nipples were inverted. She felt no lumps. and didnt pass much heed on the inverted just to ask me had i it long. To be honest I dont know, its not fully inverted just slightly and can improve if i move my fingers around it. it will then get move like an natural nipple, there is a bit of yellow crust in center. please help if you can.
