Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Nodule On Neck

I have a nodule on my neck from picking a pimple.... My dermotologist injected it with steroids and it went away completely but returned after 2 weeks...she has injected it again but there has been no improvement. i have stopped picking but it is getting bigger and itches so i am afrais i will start again... not sure what to do now. My dermatologist wants me to come back once a month and have it injected...?!?!?!
