Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Rash Around The Anus

I have been fighting a rash like symptom of itchy bumps around my anus and butt crack that seems to not go away. I had an internal hemmoroid then it seems I got an itchy bum p at the top of my butt crack. This has spread ( i think from itching) all around my anus. I have tried hydrocortisone, baking soda, vinegar and now hydrogen peroxide. It is much worse at night. I even took pin worm medicine. I had an inflamed yeast infection and put monstat one day on it which helped as I was getting discharge. But I still have the itchy rash
