Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Rash In Pubic Area

a Female, mid 50's. Red rash on both cheeks alond the panty line area. The red spots are like rings then gaduating out to just red spots. Appeared two days ago after a very hot sweat during the night. Rash is very itchy. Does not appear to getting better but more red spots appear at top of legs. Please help.
