Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Rash In Scrotal Area

I have a rash around my genital region, It first appeared because of tight underwear and a rash has spread around at my thigh on both sides near my scrotum and has also spread to areas around my scrotum. The rash is very itchy at times. What cream could I possibly use to remove the rash?
