hi, i have had a rash on my pennis for some time now it is flakey skin and red can be ichey at times, my ball are also very icthey. also have a very flakey/red sclape on my head. i am not sexually activate and havent been for some time since the rash can on after sleeping with a girl. i have been given antifungal cream it clears but then comes back again.
