Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Rash On The Arm

Hello I have a hard itchy rash on the back of my arm with three dots in the center they look like blackheads.. Ive tried squeezing them and only got clear stuff out of them.. I thought it was a ringworm so ive been putting cream on it, but nothing has improved and now its starting to spread.. Can u help me Doc?
