Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Skin Rash Near Dog Bite Area

I got a dog bite on my leg then it broke out in what I thought was poison ivy that had already started on the opposite leg. The bite has long ago healed, but the itchy rash is still there around the bite area. It has been 4 months now and it continues to bother me.
