HI im 44yrs old, in excellent shape/health, im 6-3 and 200#. I have a small spot on my cock (its been there since i was a kid) about 5mm in diameter that are veins very close the skin (spider veins?). Ive recently noticed that after sex, it itches/tingles. what can be done about it?
