Suggest Treatment For An Open Wound On Inner Labia

Hello Doctor, I am 35 years, 5ft5 and overall in good health. I have a sore split / open wound on my left and right inner labia near the vagina which developed a few days ago after intercourse. My last sexual relation before this was 7 months ago from which I developed cystitis which turned into a bad kidney infection - now clear - so I am worried about this happening again). For now I am keeping the labia cuts clean and dry and applying fucidin cream to the wounds. Please advise what I should do and how long it will take to heal. Thank you
