Suggest Treatment For An Ovarian Cyst

Hello. I was wondering if I should be worried about a cyst I have on my left ovary if it's not giving me any problems. My Dr. said it's non-cancerous but I guess I'm just paranoid. She told me she wanted me to get check again, however the ultrasound is very expensive for me to pay each time I have an ultrasound, what should I do, should I be worried. I'm not having any problems, and my cycles are still the same nothing has changed, no pain or anything
