Suggest Treatment For An Ovarian Cyst

I have been told that from an Abdo USS i have a part cystic part solid mass to right ovary. Radiographer consultant said it was highly suspicious and 7cms x 7cms in size.

i have seen Gyaenae consultant and she thinks its a chocolate cyst.

i am due for a re scan in 2 weeks as she expects it will be smalle by then. CA125 marker is normal, but i am experiencing abdo pain and backpain, though abdo pain almost gone now. how can one dr say one thing and another something different. to be honest i just want it removed.
