Suggest Treatment For Anal And Abdominal Itching

I am having severe anal itching coupled with lower abdominal (below the belly button) itching. This happened once two weeks ago with the exact same symptoms. I moved for 2 weeks and for that time no itching occurred. Now I am back in my original location and it has come back.
