Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure And Boils Inside Anus

My son who is 2.5 years old has been suffering from fissure and would not pass motions. Today s I saw three boils inside his anus. Doctor has suggested and ate and suppository thrice daily. Also he has suggested duphalac but my son would not take it. He has lots of pain while passing motions, and would resist passing it. A such as he can. It s a very painful situation, please suggest.
