My son is 5 years old. he has developed anal fistula. 12 o clock position. The fistula bleeds and pus is getting discharged. Also, there is a swelling which is painful to touch and my son is experiencing difficulty in sitting and standing also.
Kindly help and suggest if Naturopathy/homeopathy/ayurveda/allopathy offers treatment for the same without surgery.
