Suggest Treatment For Androgenetic Alopecia

Hello, 4 years back i was diagnosed with androgenic alopecia 2nd stage and now i think it must be on 3 rd stage. I am planning to apply morr f, is it safe HOw to apply it , is it to be applied only on bald patches or whole scalp, will it harm hair if it comes in contact with hair ?
