Suggest Treatment For Anejaculation

hi Doc, i have known me boy friend for 6months now and we have been togethere for a month. He cannot ejaculate no mater how long we have sex nothing all and this makes me a bit worried. he has broken his leg and he is taking alot of pain kellers and an-depresant. could that be the course? He said he has had alot of ejaculations in the past and always ejaculate when he masterbate. what do we? we want to get married and have kids.
