Suggest Treatment For Anemia, Fortnightly Menstruation And Constant Tiredness

hi good day i'm anemic very bad always tired , looking pale , very thin and my periods always comes twice for the month. i was given some orofer capsules to help with my anemic problem. how good is orofer? and will it also help me to gain some weight?
