Suggest Treatment For Angioma Spider On Nose Tip

Hi I went to the dermatologist to remove a angioma spider in my nose and he took out par of the center, he also make a biopsy because the spider angioma is in tip of my nose. The results were fine, now I have a depressed scar and he is treated the rest of the blood vessels with electrodissecation, this is the second section. It get better but I think he removed to much when I told him I born with this. I am worry that the redness around the scar never goes , it looks ugly. I just no surewhat to do.
