Hi I do a lot of walking, Pilates and boxing 3 to 4 times a week with an instructor but last week I had pain in my tendon (ankle) witch was very painful it seem to be getting better but I know it s there when I have excessive. Should I be resting the foot and icing. I not on any medication and have a very healthy diet. I am a 66 year young female
