Suggest Treatment For Ankle Sprain

Hi its been a month since i had a couple chips still lose in my ankle which wss diagnosed a ankle fracture or really bad sprain .umm was wondering my foot feels good to walk can i start walking on it soon since my doctor said yea go ahead with the boot??
