Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis, Locked Neck And Fused Vertebra

hi sir This is Sujay kumar from gorakhpur uttarpradesh.I m suffering from Ankyloosing spondilytis since 2000. My neck has locked and vertebra are fused. But rest joints are normal. I am govt job holder in indian audit n accounts DPT. At present I m taking homeopathic medicine in stead of Indomethacine 25 mg which i used to take as pain killer. Pain is under cpntrol with homeopathic medicine. Kindly guide if any treatment is available to reduce or cure stiffness in my back n neck.
